I like that it pointed out that not everyone with the funds is someone you would want to work or do business with. A very detailed guidebook on Real Estate and how to be become successful agent. In this book, I found almost everything that I need to know. Well written overall.
Really liked this book. It was a nice read and author is straight to the point about what it takes to become a top producing agent. There is a lot of false information out there as to what it takes but author gives you an inside look at the important tasks you need to be doing day to day to make it big. A lot of agents think that creating nice business cards and a fancy website and calling a few people a day will be enough to generate a ton of business. However, this is incorrect, these things really make little to no difference in how successful you will be. What it really takes in this business is relationship building, prospecting, talking with a lot of people, and a positive attitude! The majority of agents wait for business to come to them but author shows you how to get out there, take massive action, and close deals!
Would recommend this book to anybody looking to get into the business or even somebody that is already in the business but struggling and trying to figure out their next step.
This could be a course used for first year agents by smaller offices without the resources of a big training center. I think it is a great review for even very experienced agents who sometimes need to go back and review the basics of salesmanship. I have always been attracted to the real estate business and I always felt that agent job is a rather interesting one and something I'll be good at. The book does a great job in telling you exactly what you need to do to become a real estate agent and how to make it happen for yourself. The book is not short on content and definitely gives you some great tips.
